“our”). IZI is a business name of IZI Software L.L.C-FZ. IZI provides the following products and

services (“Products”):

• IZIGCMS – a cloud based game club management solution (GCMS) including iOS, android,

Huawei applications and web sites for kiosks.

• IZI Pay – a webview site in app, website and CRM, where we show bank website and do not

collect any of entered information.

1.2 In providing the Products IZI will process personal data. This document sets out how IZI

processes personal data for both IZI GCMS and IZI Pay. This includes personal data collected

when you use our website (“Website”) and Products (together, “Services”).

2.1 IZI takes your personal data seriously and processes it in accordance with applicable laws

and regulations. IZI acts as the ‘controller’ (i.e. person responsible for deciding how your

• For IZI Pay we show webview site in app, website and CRM, where we show bank website and

• For IZI GCMS the information we collect includes:

o Name (KYC)

o Date of birth (for sending a bd congratulations and presenting gifts)

o Last visited info (collecting statistics for rating user)

o Phone (Required for authorization in the mobile application, sending passwords, receipts,

detailing gaming and work sessions, sending marketing offers, etc.)

o User geolocation (Getting a location to show the nearest computer club)

o Email (For authorization, sending passwords, receipts, detailing game and work sessions,

sending marketing offers, etc.)

3.3 In addition we also collect the following personal data:

(a) Usage: we collect information about how you use our Services, such as the time, frequency

and duration of your browsing activities, and how you use the features provided by the

Services.

(b) Device information: we collect information on the devices you use, such as the model and

kind of the device you are using to access our Services, the operating system, hardware and

software version together with other technical information (e.g. your IP address).
